Merton MIND support a range of activities, groups and projects mainly organised and run by service users.
Befriender Plus Service
Here at Merton Mind we also run a Befriending Plus scheme for people with experience of mental health problems. this project aims to help pepole combat social isolation or loneliness thorugh regular friendship and support from a befriender. This could include support/advice over benefit issues and other matters arising from the impact of recession.

Physical activities that can improve mental health

Creative and artistic activities
- The Music Group meets on Mondays at the Fair Green (and now have three successful public concerts behind them). Leave a message for Patrick on T: 020 8648 6565
- Write Afresh creative writing and poetry session at Raynes Park Libraryon Tuesdays from 10.30 – 12.30.
